Monument of Genevieve Caulfield, the blind American teacher who in 1939 established the School for the Blind, as well as a visually impaired boy and girl in school uniform. In the background are colourful flowers and in the centre of the stamp, impressed over the picture, is a text in Braille which reads ‘80 Years’.
