Statue of Amitabha, one of the five dhyani buddhas, who represents the buddha of the western paradise. In Tibetan-Nepalese tradition he is portrayed with a red complexion and performing a dhyana mudra. His mount is the peacock, which is here represented at the bottom corners of this statue.
