Graphic design depicting disabled people in racing wheelchairs, participating in the FESPIC Games, i.e. the Far East and South Pacific Games for the Disabled, while in the top right corner is the logo of the Asia and Pacific Decade of Disabled Persons 1993-2002. The logo, which is encircled with the former text and date in black, consists further of the number ten in blue, which is shaped like a wheelchair, with in the right half of the number zero, that also represents the wheel, the longitudinal and latitudinal lines of a world globe, that are at the same time reminiscent of the spokes of a wheel, while in red is a victorious contestant sitting in the wheelchair and holding the arms up in the air in success.
