  thong kha khaay

The former Siamese Civil Ensign and national flag of Siam, used briefly between 1916 and 1917.

 

It consists of a red field with with two horizontal white stripes. Its Thai name thong kha khaay refers to the fact that it was initially used as a maritime flag on merchant ships.
