    Uncle Ho Statue

	in front of the Ho Chi Minh City

	erected in 1990 to celebrate his 100th 
	birthday. It stayed here until May 2015, when 
	it was moved to the garden in front of the HCMC Children's Center in 
	District 3 (fig.) and 
	replaced  
	by a new statue in a standing pose (fig.), 
	akin to the 
    Uncle Ho Statue in the
						
	Ho Chi Minh Museum  
	in Hanoi (fig.).
