				Hong Men 
	are large, heavy, wooden 
	gateway doors, that are painted red and inlaid with golden studs. 
	Originally, the design 
	with ninety-nine golden studs, was
	reserved for the Emperors in their palaces and 
	tombs, but they later on also 
	started to appear elsewhere, such as in defensive walls and temples, and 
	even replicas are used, e.g. in restaurants.
