Edible Jelly Fungus, Judas's Ear Fungus, or Jew's Ear mushrooms, used in Chinese cuisine, here growing on a tree in central Vietnam, where it is known as nấm mčo or mộc nhĩ. In Thai, it called hed hoo noo, i.e. ‘mouse-ear mushrooms’.
