Phra Ahtit (fig.), the sun god and god of Sunday at Tantra Thewala, i.e. the ‘Tantra Idol Shrine’, which is also known as Wat Phra Siwa Chao, i.e. the ‘Lord Shiva Temple’, in Bangkok (fig.). In Sanskrit, he his known as Surya (fig.). Here, he is depicted with a halo of sun flames (fig.) and seated in the royal relaxation-position, whilst holding two large sunflowers as his attributes.
