The main entrance to the sanctuary of the ancient Khmer temple Prasat Hin Phimai, with its so-called  Naga-bridge (fig.).

The staircase leading up to the temple is lined with naga banisters and lions carved from stone, that serve as temple guardians and keepers of the Dhamma, respectively.
