Khanom krok boraan are Thai sweetmeats consisting of tiny bowl-shaped pancakes. made on a special shaped hotplate with small curved-in cavities and prepared from sticky rice flour, sugar and coconut milk. Before being served they are topped with some chopped spring onion.
