The Yellow Ducks floating on the lake at Nong Prajak Park (fig.) in Udonthani, were installed at the end of 2013 by the Udon governor as smaller imitations of the 18-meter tall Giant Rubber Duck sculpture by Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman.

The celebrity inflatable duck won the hearts of people touring and floating in cities around the world, until it in 2014 eventually burst and deflated in Keelung Harbour in Taiwan.
