A Leopard Lacewing caterpillar spotted in southern Vietnam. It has a black underside and a black head with two long antennae, and is marked with alternate bands of wine and red, and a creamy yellow, and has long, black spines, that run down the entire length of the body.

 

In Thai, the caterpillars are named after the passion flower, a vine on which they feed.
