first flag of the Thai Red Cross

Thailand

The first flag of the Thai Red Cross (fig.) has a golden field with a square golden frame that encloses the Royal Crown, two red crosses inside a square and diamond shaped frame, and a snake entwining the Rod of Aesculapius.

Underneath the chadah-style crown is a yan sign, which is also found in the rhombus placed over the red crosses.
