This rosette of gray-green leave-like lobes is a lichen in the group of foliose, whose members grow in flat, two-dimensional, leaf-like lobes, here on the surface of a tree in Phayao. It is of the genus Xanthoparmelia and is commonly known as Salted Rock Shield.
