Look chin are 
small-sized balls, made of a mixture of wheat flour,
tapioca flour 
(cassava starch), salt and any kind of finely pulverized meat, e.g. pork, beef, 
chicken, fish, shrimp, etc. They are of a light colour and most commonly boiled 
and served in  
noodle 
soups (fig.).
