  pang kahntang phra prajam wan

Thailand

Pang kahntang phra prajam wan is a plan used in the Hindu Phra prajam wan system.

The arrangement reading left to right is: top row (fig.): Wed. (facing East), Fri. (facing East), and Mon. (facing West); middle row: Thu. (facing North), Sun. (facing East), and Tue. (facing South); bottom row: Ketu (facing South), Sat. (facing West), and Rahu (facing South). The top of the sign points East.

In the picture on the right, from a Hindu temple in Kuala Lumpur, the arrangement follows the navagraha or nine planets and is thus slightly different from the one above, used in Thailand.
