			The dish is served with some fresh vegetables, such as sliced 
			
			
			
			kalamplih
			
			cabbage (fig.); 
			mint leaves (fig.); 
			sliced 
			
			garlic;
			and sometimes Chinese broccoli 
			known in Thai as 
			
			
			kha-nah (fig.);
			cucumber, usually
