Thao Hiran, an asura or demon considered to be a guardian angel to several royals of the past, as well as to the present Princess Sirindhorn. He is also known by the names Thao Hiranhu and Hiranpanasura, and is depicted dressed in ancient robes and carrying a long walking stick.
