Prince Wajirunhit, the first actual crown prince and successor to the throne of King Chulalongkorn during the Rattanakosin period. After his premature death in 1895 at the age of sixteen, he was succeeded by his thirteen year old half-brother Wajirunhit, who in 1910 ascended the throne as Rama VI.
