A king kah hua daeng (red-headed lizard) or king kah rua (fence lizard) is a small lizard with a long body and tail, four legs and a rough scaly hide.

This small tropical lizard, known as the Oriental Garden Lizard, is able to change colour according to its surroundings and its Thai name king kah is therefore sometimes rather misleadingly translated as chameleon. It is an insectivore and the male gets a red throat and neck in the breeding season, leading to the common -but incorrect- name of Bloodsucker.
