Orange-tailed Sprite
Common name for a
species
of pond
damselfly,
with the scientific designation Ceriagrion
auranticum. The adult male is overall orange, with pale green eyes and pale
greenish colouring on the thorax. The male
of this species is very similar to the
Common Orange,
but the thorax of the latter is slightly more orange (fig.). See also
